Please read these Terms and Conditions (collectively referred to as the "Terms", "Checkout Order Request Terms", "Terms and Conditions", or "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website (hereinafter referred to as “Asiavino”, the "Service", the “Website”, the "Site", or the “Platform”) operated by Eurasia Trading Sàrl, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "us", "we", "our", or the “Company”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
By submitting an order request through Asiavino, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by these Terms.

How the Asiavino Website Order Request Process Works
Asiavino does not sell alcoholic beverages. Asiavino provides e-commerce and marketing services to independent third-party merchants who are duly licensed, where required by law, to sell alcoholic beverages ("Sellers") in their respective countries. All orders submitted through Asiavino are fulfilled by these third-party Sellers.
The applicable Seller responsible for fulfilling your order will be identified during the checkout process. Each Seller is solely responsible for the sale, fulfillment, shipment, and legal compliance of alcoholic beverages purchased through the Platform.
These Terms govern your relationship with Asiavino only. You are responsible for reviewing the Seller’s own terms, conditions, and policies, which may apply to your purchase. By submitting an order request through Asiavino, you agree to comply with all applicable Seller policies.
Prior to final submission of your order request, Asiavino will identify the Seller to whom your order request will be transmitted. Once identified, the Seller becomes the sole party responsible for the sale and fulfillment of the alcoholic beverages.
By submitting an order request through Asiavino, you agree to all applicable Seller policies, including restrictions on purchases for resale, which are strictly prohibited on the Asiavino platform.
After submission, Asiavino will transmit your order request to the Seller. The Seller may accept or reject your order request at its sole discretion. If accepted, payment will be processed and the order will be shipped in accordance with these Terms and the Seller’s applicable policies.
A Seller may reject an order request for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Insufficient inventory
- Pricing or listing errors
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulations
- Any reason set forth in the Seller’s policies

Cancellation of Order Requests
If you wish to cancel an order request, you must notify Asiavino within twenty-four (24) hours of submitting the order request by contacting us through our contact form. Cancellation requests submitted on Saturdays or Sundays may be processed on the next business day.
Cancellation requests submitted after the twenty-four (24) hour period may be considered by the Seller at its sole discretion. Requests submitted more than seven (7) days after order submission will not be considered.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, even if notice is provided within the twenty-four (24) hour period. We therefore recommend contacting Asiavino as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.
The Seller may impose a restocking fee for cancellations made outside the twenty-four (24) hour period. Please consult the Seller’s policies for details.
Your Order Information
To submit an order request, you must provide accurate payment, billing, and shipping information. The billing address must match the address associated with your payment method. Shipping addresses may differ.
Please review all information carefully before submitting your order request. Once the Seller has accepted the order and the cancellation period has elapsed, changes may not be possible. If changes are permitted, additional fees or penalties may apply.
You may be required to provide a mobile phone number so the Seller’s delivery service can contact you during delivery.
Representation of Legal Drinking Age
By submitting an order request, you represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your country and that the recipient of the delivery is also of legal drinking age. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.
Payment
If your order request is accepted, payment will be processed using the payment method you provide. Your payment statement will reflect the name of the Seller responsible for the sale and fulfillment.
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Asiavino reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual engaging in fraudulent payment activity.

User-generated content does not reflect the views of the Company. The Company is not liable for Comments posted by users but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
By posting Comments, you represent that you have the legal right to do so and grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
