Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By submitting an order request through Asiavino, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the following Terms.

By using the Asiavino platform, you also agree to be bound by all policies published on the Asiavino.com website and all country-level extensions, including but not limited to the following:

Shipping

Orders are processed by the Sellers as soon as they are received, on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders submitted online, by phone, or by email are processed promptly. Orders received outside of business hours are processed in the order in which they are received.

If a Seller accepts your order request, the Seller will ship your order to the shipping address you provide. We recommend providing a business or commercial delivery address where possible. The person receiving the delivery must be of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages in accordance with the laws of the destination country.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is complete and accurate.

We request a valid mobile phone number so that the Seller’s delivery service may contact you if necessary at the time of delivery.

If a shipment cannot be delivered to the address provided, additional fees, redelivery charges, or penalties may apply. Please consult the individual Seller’s policies for further details.

In some cases, Sellers may offer the option to collect your order directly from the Seller’s premises. If you wish to arrange a pickup, please contact Asiavino Customer Service for further information.

Sellers may offer standardized shipping rates to customers submitting order requests through the Asiavino Checkout system. Standard shipping rates may include, but are not limited to, the following, and may vary depending on the destination country and currency:

  • One (1) to Twelve (12) bottles: USD 12 flat rate
  • Each additional set of Twelve (12) bottles: additional USD 12 flat rate

If you believe items are missing from your order, or if you experience any issues or discrepancies with your delivery, please contact us via our contact form.

Weather Impacts on Shipping

Sellers may implement weather-related shipping policies that delay the dispatch of orders during extreme weather conditions, including excessive heat or cold that may adversely affect wine quality.

In such cases, the Seller will notify Asiavino of the requested weather hold, and Asiavino will contact the purchaser to confirm how to proceed.

Some Sellers may offer optional services, such as expedited shipping or temperature-control solutions (including ice packs), at an additional cost. If such options are not available, customers are encouraged to consider local weather conditions when placing an order and to schedule purchases during suitable shipping periods. If extreme weather conditions are expected and you wish to delay shipment, please contact Asiavino Customer Service.

Please note that most Sellers do not assume responsibility for wine that is damaged as a result of weather conditions during transit.
