What you get

    Order requests reach you through Asiavino. You accept or decline them and collect payment directly from the buyer. There is no online shop to build.

  • Your stock, your delivery, your terms

    Delivery zones, lead times, shipping costs and stock levels are yours to set, and they go live the moment you change them. Nobody reviews a stock level.

  • Pages written and translated for you

    Claim a wine that is already in the catalogue and its page is ready. Name one that is missing and we write it, from the producer's own technical sheet.

  • Free to sell, with no limit

    Selling costs nothing, however many wines you carry, and we take no commission. A subscription for your own distributor page and monthly promotion credits is separate and optional. You collect payment for wine directly from the buyer.

    Open an account

    Tell us who you are and which market you cover. We check your details and open your access.

    Claim your portfolio

    Pick the wines you distribute from the catalogue. For anything missing, give us the name and a technical sheet.

  3. 3

    Set your stock and delivery

    Quantities, delivery zones, lead times and shipping costs. These are yours, and they publish immediately.

  4. 4

    Go live

    Your wines become buyable in your market, under your name, with your terms shown to the buyer before they confirm.

Pricing

EUR 15 per month for your distributor page

A subscription is optional and billed monthly by card. Selling itself needs neither.

  • A distributor page of your own, written and translated for you
  • Monthly promotion credits for your market: a homepage feature, a top of collection placement, an article, or a banner, which do not carry over
  • No commission on any order
  • You keep the full amount your customers pay you. Asiavino charges no commission on wine.

You remain the seller

Yours: you accept or decline each order request, you ship it, and you handle any refund under your own policies, which the buyer sees before confirming.

Ours: we present your offer and send order requests to you. You collect payment directly from the buyer. We do not adjudicate disputes between you and a buyer.

Who is the seller of record?
You are. Asiavino operates the platform and sends order requests to you. You collect payment directly from the buyer, and the contract for the wine is between you and the buyer.
Can I refuse an order?
Yes. Every order arrives as a request, and you accept or decline it for any reason your own policies allow, including stock and compliance.
What if a brand I distribute is already on Asiavino?
Then its pages already exist and you claim them. You set your own stock and terms on top, and nothing about the wine's content changes.
Do I need to subscribe to start selling?
No. Creating an account and selling your portfolio is free, with no limit on how many wines. A subscription is only for a distributor page of your own and monthly promotion credits.
