Ingredients

    Valdivieso Limited Rosé Sparkling Wine
    2 tablespoons of mixed red fruits
    ½ oz lime juice
    ½ oz Gum syrup Mitjans
    Mint branches
    Caster sugar

    Preparation

      In a metal cup, add 2 tablespoons of crushed mixed berries
      Add 2 mint branches
      1/2 oz lime juice
      ½ oz Gum syrup Mitjans
      Crushed ice and mix
      Fill in with Valdivieso Limited Brut Rosé
      Decorate with mint branches and caster sugar
