Shipping Policy

Effective August 29, 2026 - version 2026-08

Asiavino is operated by Eurasia Trading Sarl, Switzerland ("we", "us", "our", the "Company"). This document applies to asiavino.com and to every country-level extension of it (the "Site", the "Platform", the "Service").

Using the Platform means accepting the four documents published on it, which are read together: the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy.

Who ships your wine

Asiavino does not ship wine. A wine order request is transmitted to the Seller identified for that line before you confirmed it, and if the Seller accepts, that Seller ships it to you under its own terms.

This policy describes what generally happens and what we ask of you. The Seller's own shipping terms govern the delivery, and where the two differ, the Seller's govern.

Processing

Sellers process order requests in the order they arrive. A request that arrives outside business hours is processed when business hours resume.

Please give a complete and accurate delivery address. Where you can, give a business or commercial address: wine needs somebody to receive it. The person taking delivery must be of legal drinking age in the destination country, and may be asked to prove it.

We ask for a mobile telephone number so that the Seller's delivery service can reach you on the day.

If a delivery cannot be made to the address you gave, redelivery charges or other fees may apply. The Seller's own policies say what they are.

Some Sellers allow you to collect an order from their premises. If you would like to, please contact us and we will ask.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged by the Seller, and each Seller declares its own delivery charges for the zones it serves, together with the order value above which it delivers free of charge.

The charge that applies to your order request is calculated from those declarations when you reach checkout, shown to you before you confirm, and fixed at that point. It does not change afterwards.

Where a cart contains wine from more than one Seller, a delivery charge is calculated for each of them, because each of them ships separately.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the Seller, the destination and the carrier. Where a Seller gives an expected delivery time it is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Customs clearance, public holidays and carrier delays can extend it. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are a matter between you, the Seller and the authorities of the destination country.

Weather

Wine is damaged by heat and by frost. A Seller may hold a shipment during extreme weather rather than send it into conditions that would spoil it.

Where a Seller asks for a weather hold, we will contact you to agree how to proceed. Some Sellers offer temperature-controlled packing or expedited shipping at additional cost. Where they do not, please consider the season at the destination when you place an order request.

Most Sellers do not accept responsibility for wine damaged by weather in transit, and the Refund Policy excludes damage caused by extreme temperatures. The Seller's own policies set out the detail.

Things that are not wine

A document you order is delivered as a download, reachable from your account, and nothing is shipped.

A ticket to an event is delivered by email and nothing is shipped.

Something missing or wrong

If something is missing from a delivery, or the delivery is not what you expected, please contact us through the contact form as soon as you can. The Refund Policy sets out the windows that apply.
