About this wine
This dry Riesling brings the Ollwiller hillside to the glass in a bright gold wine with citrus zest, flint and a hint of eucalyptus. It feels generous yet fresh, with delicate pomelo on the palate.
The grapes are picked by hand and gently pressed. After four to six weeks of fermentation in stainless steel, the wine rests for two to three months on fine lees.
