Dark garnet with violet hues, this Zweigeltrebe opens with berries, sour cherries and stone fruit, threaded with spice. Its medium body and well-integrated tannins give the wine a soft texture, leading into a smooth finish.
Choose it for mildly spiced meat, pheasant or partridge, or a slow meal around venison goulash. Hard and semi-hard cheeses offer another welcome at the table.

Mildly spiced meats, pheasant and partridge, steaks, venison goulash, pasta dishes and hard or semi-hard cheeses.
Pairs well with moderately spiced dishes, where flavours stay balanced with the wine’s ripe fruit and smooth tannins. Avoid very spicy food, as the wine’s structure may intensify the heat.
