Cafayate Valley, in Argentina’s Salta province, is one of the world’s highest wine regions, with vineyards between 1,600 and 1,800 metres above sea level. Cafayate is especially renowned for Torrontés, Argentina’s signature white variety, offering floral and citrus aromas with lively freshness.
