Pinot Bianco
Fresh, supple and easy to bring to the table, Pinot Blanc offers apple, pear and white-flower notes. A white mutation of Pinot Noir, it grows across Alsace, Germany and Austria, reaching northern Italy as Pinot Bianco and known in Germany as Weissburgunder. In Alsace, it is a mainstay of Crémant d’Alsace, while wines labelled Pinot Blanc are often blended with Auxerrois. Explore its gentle fruit and freshness, from a still white with dinner to a sparkling glass shared with friends.
